Skills and Competencies

  • 7+ years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, or a related field with people management experience preferred
  • Proven ability to assess and optimize operational processes, while designing and executing enterprise learning strategies that drive efficiency and impact
  • Proven ability to design and deliver engaging, multi-modal learning experiences including classroom, virtual, blended, and on-demand formats
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels including senior leadership
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to connect learning initiatives to measurable business outcomes and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders
  • Data-literate with the ability to analyze program performance data and present insights clearly
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple programs and stakeholders, with the ability to build relationships and influence across a global, matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or a related field
  • Preferred Master’s degree in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, or Industrial Organizational Psychology

Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of enterprise learning programs that build critical capabilities across the organization

  • Design and lead enterprise-wide learning strategy and programs focused on communication, data literacy, AI fluency, and financial acumen
  • Own the full learning design lifecycle including needs analysis, content development, facilitation guides, and assessments
  • Develop and manage skill measurement frameworks to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
  • Build and manage a network of internal facilitators and subject matter experts to scale program delivery
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to identify emerging learning needs and translate them into impactful solutions
  • Support AI upskilling initiatives including advanced cohort-based learning programs
  • Collaborate on the development of AI-powered learning tools and resources to enhance employee development
  • Manage end-to-end program delivery including planning, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, and reporting

The Talent Development team at Moody’s is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth across the organization. Partnering closely with Lines of Business, HR, and global stakeholders, the team designs and delivers learning strategies that strengthen the talent pipeline and align with business priorities. You will work at the center of enterprise learning, contributing to innovative, scalable, and data-driven programs including AI-enabled solutions that enhance employee capability and career development.
