Skills and Competencies
•5-10 years of experience in structured finance with deep experience in securitization, including CLO and private credit transactions
•Advanced quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills to model complex financial structures
•Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python, C/C++, C#, or Java to support modeling and automation
•Strong Excel capabilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
•Ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across financial engineering, business, and technology teams
•Demonstrated curiosity and openness to leveraging AI to improve efficiency and model quality
Education
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Financial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline
Responsibilities
•Develop and maintain high-quality compliance test models for global CLO transactions and private credit deals using proprietary platforms
•Interpret and analyze complex legal documentation to accurately model compliance tests for structured finance transactions
•Leverage AI to improve deal modeling efficiency, scalability, and quality
•Drive quality, productivity, and process-improvement initiatives across the modeling function
•Contribute to modeling automation, quality control, and tool development initiatives
•Partner closely with business teams to address client challenges, support new feature development, and analyze emerging securitization products
About the Team
The Asset Management – Structured Finance team supports global securitization markets by delivering robust compliance modeling solutions. By joining us, you will be part of the Manager Module Modeling team that plays a critical role in building scalable models, enhancing automation, and continuously improving processes to meet evolving client and market needs.
