Skills and Competencies
- Deep expertise in KYC (Know Your Customer), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and financial crime compliance, including regulatory requirements across banking environments
- Strong knowledge of Moody’s solutions (EVA, Orbis) and their application in client workflows (preferred)
- Proven experience working with partner ecosystems and platforms (e.g., Fenergo, Pega, Quantexa)
- Technical fluency with API integrations, data flows, and platform architectures, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to align senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including assessing feasibility, risks, and commercial value
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (e.g., Business, Finance, Technology, or related field)
Responsibilities
- Lead post-sales enablement and client deployment, ensuring seamless transition from contract signature to delivery
- Drive integration of Moody’s data into partner platforms, aligning technical capabilities with client use cases
- Support the migration of clients from existing API integrations to EVA, ensuring minimal disruption
- Act as the primary conduit between clients and partners, ensuring client requirements are understood, communicated, and delivered
- Contribute to partner strategy development, including identifying product enhancements and expansion opportunities
- Champion the voice of the customer, using feedback to shape roadmap priorities and improve solutions
- Support the enablement and upskilling of customer support teams to ensure effective BAU operations for partner-integrated clients
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, balancing competing priorities across product, engineering, and partner teams
Key Success Metrics
- On-time delivery of partner integration roadmap initiatives
- Improvement in partner and client satisfaction (e.g., NPS scores)
- Revenue growth from partner-driven opportunities, including new business and expansions
- Reduction in delivery delays, escalations, and integration bottlenecks
- Positive feedback from senior stakeholders on strategic alignment and clarity
About the team
- Partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Banking Strategy, and Operations teams to deliver integrated KYC solutions
- Collaborating with global technology partners (Fenergo, Pega, Quantexa) to drive innovation in financial crime compliance
- Supporting Moody’s mission to deliver data-driven, scalable solutions for global financial institutions
