- Prior experience within a financial institution or a Compliance function is preferred
- Ability to commit to a 12 month working student program, dedicating one day per week throughout the duration of the assignment
Education
Currently enrolled in the first or second year of a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Accounting, Law, Technology, or a related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Summarize regulatory publications, circulars, and industry updates
- Prepare governance meeting presentations and supporting materials
- Prepare compliance training presentations and related documentation
- Support compliance projects by conducting gap analyses and coordinating and tracking stakeholder responses
- Assist with document management and record-keeping activities
- Support ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by members of the Hong Kong Compliance team.
About the Team
Moody's Compliance function operates globally to provide compliance advisory services and training to its business lines. This role will work closely with the Hong Kong Compliance team and will be responsible for supporting the execution of Compliance activities and responsibilities for the Hong Kong hub. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within a diverse, collaborative, and inclusive environment. This is a 12-month working student opportunity requiring a commitment of one day per week.
