- Minimum 3 years of contract-related experience, preferably within procurement, finance, legal, or sales support roles
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM and/or Apttus is strongly desired
- Meticulous attention to detail combined with high motivation to deliver quality outcomes in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and apply sound judgment when resolving issues or escalating concerns
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to build strong relationships, deliver top-tier customer service, and proactively manage expectations
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.
- Undergraduate or first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) in finance, business administration, information systems, management, or another relevant field
- Manage the end-to-end contract process for renewals and new business, serving as the primary point of contact for contract strategy, drafting, and execution
- Participate in regular sales pipeline review sessions to advise on optimal commercial approaches, set expectations, and proactively address potential contractual risks or challenges
- Analyze account information, license parameters, and contract terms with exceptional attention to detail to support pricing, cross-selling, and renewal proposals
- Independently draft all Tier 1 sales contracts (under $500K, or $250K for software) in accordance with internal policies, best practices, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements
- Exercise sound judgment throughout the contract drafting and negotiation process to resolve issues and deliver compliant, win-win solutions for both the business and clients
- Maintain accurate and consistent client data across CRM and related systems, ensuring pricing, allocations, and transaction documentation are complete and correct at all stages of the sales cycle
- Conduct primary reviews of executed contracts to validate accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to order submission
- Facilitate contract changes or adjustments requested by Sales or clients, using discretion to determine the appropriate course of action
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Billing, and other stakeholders to review and align on complex contracts as needed
- Ensure internal and external client inquiries are resolved in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of satisfaction and professionalism
