Skills and Competencies
  • Experience in IT Asset Management or a related IT field is required to apply best practices for managing hardware assets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for resolving issues and making data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in IT asset management tools is preferred for efficient tracking, management, and reporting
  • Strong organizational and project management skills are necessary for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaboration and clear technical communication
  • Knowledge of licensing agreements, compliance regulations, and import/export policies is preferred to ensure regulatory adherence
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred
Responsibilities
Seeking a skilled IT Asset Analyst to manage end-user hardware and mobile phone lifecycles and help develop a strategic asset management framework. This role operates with a high degree of independence within established procedures, escalating complex or high-risk decisions to the Team Lead.
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of IT hardware assets, including procurement, assignment, reclamation, legal holds, and final disposal
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of asset details, including status, location, and user assignments within the asset management system
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of corporate mobile phones, including procurement, assignment, reclamation, legal holds, and final disposal
  • Oversee the mobile phone request process, ensuring timely fulfillment of requests and accurate tracking of devices throughout their lifecycle
  • Assist in collaboration with the Managed Mobility Services (MMS) provider to manage mobile asset-related processes, including procurement, configuration, and service issue resolution
  • Generate detailed reports on asset utilization, lifecycle progress, costs, and compliance metrics
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing guidance on asset-related questions and ensuring seamless cross-departmental workflows
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of IT asset management processes, controls, and reporting frameworks
About the Team
Our ITAM Hardware team in Vilnius, Lithuania is responsible for managing the lifecycle of IT end-user hardware assets across multiple locations within the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region, from procurement through disposal, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. We contribute to Moody’s by maintaining accurate asset records, mitigating risk through regulatory and import/export compliance, and promoting fiscal responsibility in IT asset management. By joining our team, you will be part of exciting work in asset management, process optimization, and the growing adoption of AI-driven tools to improve efficiency across global IT support operations.

Annual base salary gross: €33,100.00 to €52,900.00. Applicable to Lithuania candidates: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moody’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Moody’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include the following: Medical, Personal Accident, Life Insurance and Time Off.
