- Significant experience in Delivery Management, Program Management, or Product Delivery leadership, preferably within Financial Services or complex product environments that incorporate AI in product development and delivery management
- Demonstrated experience working within Agile delivery models, including post-transformation sustainment and maturity phases
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and delivery practices, with the ability to apply them pragmatically in regulated or complex environments
- Experience using delivery management and Agile tooling such as JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, or equivalent
- Ability to balance Agile delivery with governance, controls, and predictable execution
- Experience defining and using delivery metrics to drive transparency and improvement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, align, and motivate cross-functional teams
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail and outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Finance, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience)
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of actuarial solutions workstreams from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment to business priorities, delivery commitments, and quality expectations
- Own delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks, proactively identifying and mitigating issues throughout execution
- Ensure Agile delivery practices are sustained, reinforced, and matured across product delivery teams, with ceremonies, roles, and ways of working consistently applied and outcome-driven
- Collaborate with other Delivery Managers to establish and continuously improve an integrated product delivery governance framework aligned with Product Development Lifecycle guidelines and enterprise AI usage expectations
- Ensure transparent and consistent delivery tracking using agreed tooling and reporting mechanisms; define, track, and report delivery Key Performance Indicators in partnership with functional and program leadership
- Partner with Change Management to support effective adoption of Agile delivery practices and delivery model changes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, product leadership, and delivery partners
- Provide leadership across teams and foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement
For Canada-based roles only: The anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $118,000-$172,000, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, vacation, a retirement savings plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
