Skills and Competencies
  • Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Foundational understanding of finance, data, or technology environments
  • Ability to gather and translate business requirements into structured solutions
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capability
  • Ability to learn quickly and build technical product knowledge in a client-facing environment
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field
Responsibilities

Support the delivery of client implementations by assisting with requirement analysis, solution configuration, and data-related implementation activities.

  • Work with sales teams to gather client requirements and document solution approaches
  • Collaborate with product teams to understand product roadmaps, features, and capabilities
  • Configure and customize solution components based on client needs
  • Assist clients in building interfaces and performing data mapping for data solutions
  • Contribute to product and knowledge base improvements including documentation and feedback
  • Build and expand technical product knowledge to support delivery and client engagement
  • Participate in project activities and support delivery milestones across client engagements
  • Travel to client sites when required to support implementation activities
About the Team

Our Solutions Delivery team is responsible for delivering client implementations for data and analytics solutions, enabling clients to effectively integrate and leverage data across their platforms. The team works closely with cross-functional stakeholders including product, sales, and client support to deliver high-quality, data-driven solutions and continuously enhance product capabilities.
