Skills and Competencies

  • 1-3 years of experience providing administrative, executive support, or office coordination services within a corporate, banking, or financial services environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to prepare correspondence, presentations, schedules, and reports
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and maintain attention to detail
  • Demonstrated initiative, learning agility, and a proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with a service-oriented mindset and commitment to teamwork
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent undergraduate qualification required

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative, operational, and business support to senior leaders and commercial teams to facilitate business development activities, stakeholder engagement, and efficient office operations across South Korea
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and business engagements for senior leaders, including scheduling appointments, arranging conference facilities, and managing meeting logistics
  • Prepare presentations, briefing materials, market research, fact sheets, and other business documents to support client meetings, conferences, and strategic initiatives
  • Support relationship management and business development activities by maintaining customer relationship management records, preparing reports, and coordinating stakeholder outreach activities
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, process travel and entertainment expenses, and prepare accounts payable documentation in accordance with company policies
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across business lines, corporate functions, and external stakeholders to support commercial objectives and office initiatives
  • Monitor market developments, industry trends, and news relating to Korean issuers and key accounts, providing timely updates and relevant information to the team
  • Act as a liaison with internal support functions, vendors, and building services to address operational, technology, and office management requirements
  • Provide administrative backup coverage during periods of absence to ensure continuity of executive support and office operations
