Skills and Competencies
- Extensive experience in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or enterprise CRM platform leadership
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities with a demonstrated ability to develop and mentor high-performing teams
- Deep hands-on knowledge of Salesforce as the core platform supporting Quote-to-Cash processes
- Proven expertise with Conga solutions including CPQ, document generation, and revenue automation tools
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management (CLM), order management, and enterprise integrations with ERP, billing, and commissions systems
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills across technical and business audiences
- Strong UX/UI sensibility with the ability to design intuitive, user-centered enterprise workflows
- Deep expertise in artificial intelligence, with a track record of implementing advanced AI solutions to drive strategic transformation and operational efficiency. Strong experience using AI tools to lead innovation initiatives. Demonstrated leadership in managing AI-related risks, ensuring ethical governance, and fostering a culture of responsible AI adoption across the organization
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field preferred
- Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Platform App Builder preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Analysts and platform professionals, establishing priorities and operating rhythms that support consistent delivery
- Own the Quote-to-Cash roadmap and delivery lifecycle from discovery through production release, ensuring alignment with business strategy and measurable outcomes
- Serve as the primary owner of the Salesforce-based Quote-to-Cash ecosystem, including product configuration, pricing, quoting, approvals, and order management workflows
- Oversee Conga solutions and ensure pricing logic, product catalogs, and discounting rules align with Finance and Product policies
- Manage contract lifecycle management capabilities while partnering with Legal and Sales Operations to streamline contract workflows and improve cycle time
- Lead order management processes and define integration strategies across ERP, commissions, fulfillment, billing, and related enterprise systems
- Champion a user-centered design approach in partnership with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive workflows while balancing compliance requirements
- Identify and implement AI-enabled solutions and act as a key partner across cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, decision-making, and resolution of complex issues
About the Team
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $171,100.00 - $248,050.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
