Skills and Competencies
•Minimum 3 years of experience managing end-to-end contract lifecycles within sales, finance, legal, or operations environments
•Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to assess contract terms, pricing, and licensing structures
•Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
•Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills across Sales, Legal, and Finance
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Apttus preferred
•Fluency in English (spoken & written) is essential
Education
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Management, or a related field
Responsibilities
•Manage the full contract lifecycle for renewals and new business, supporting a dedicated team of sales representatives and serving as the primary contract point of contact
•Collaborate with sales teams during pipeline reviews to advise on commercial strategy and mitigate contractual risks
•Analyze account information, license parameters, and contract terms with extreme attention to detail in order to support the sales team with proposals for pricing, cross-selling, and/or renewals
•Independently draft Tier 1 sales contracts in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
•Ensure accuracy of pricing, licensing, and client data across CRM and internal systems
•Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Billing, and other stakeholders on complex agreements
•Validate executed contracts to ensure readiness for order processing and compliance
•Ensure internal and external client queries are fully resolved in a timely fashion with a high level of satisfaction

The role is part of the Global Operations & Strategy team. By joining us you will be partnering closely with Sales to support business growth through compliant and efficient contracting processes.
