Skills and Competencies
Strong expertise in full-cycle talent attraction and recruiting delivery across defined business areas, job types, or geographies
Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on recruiting with people leadership in a player-coach model
Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise business and People leaders
Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging recruiting metrics, dashboards, and analytics
Experience applying global TA governance, policies, and compliance standards consistently
Ability to lead, coach, and develop recruiters while driving accountability and performance
Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and 9+ years of relevant professional experience
Responsibilities
Lead recruiting delivery for a defined scope while balancing direct requisition ownership with team leadership to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes and a consistent stakeholder and candidate experience.
Maintain an active individual requisition load, managing full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance
Balance personal recruiting responsibilities with team leadership to meet delivery commitments
Translate enterprise and regional talent attraction strategies into clear execution plans and recruiter priorities
Partner closely with business and People leaders to understand hiring demand, prioritization, and workforce needs
Provide insights on hiring progress, talent market conditions, and risks, escalating issues as needed
Lead, coach, and develop recruiters and senior recruiters to drive performance, engagement, and accountability
Balance recruiter workloads and capacity while maintaining quality and experience standards
Apply global TA governance, policies, and standards consistently, ensuring compliance with regulations and data privacy requirements
Monitor recruiting metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Leverage recruiting technologies, analytics, and reporting to inform decision-making
Support adoption of new tools, automation, and AI-enabled recruiting solutions aligned with enterprise direction
Contribute to regional or functional TA transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
