Skills and Competencies

  • 15+ years of proven success in B2B sales or business development within financial services, preferably with banking clients
  • Demonstrated success in driving year-over-year revenue growth through consultative sales of complex software, SaaS, or analytics solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of Lending solutions and Generative AI workflows
  • Solid understanding of the global financial services industry, including market dynamics and customer business drivers
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with senior decision-makers at banks
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with experience delivering product demonstrations, workshops, and proposals to diverse audiences
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.

Education

  • Undergraduate or first-level degree in business, economics, finance, marketing, or related field required
  • Sales training or certification in solution selling or consultative sales approaches desired
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese required, with Mandarin considered an advantage

Responsibilities

Drive the end-to-end sales process for Lending Solutions and AI-enabled offerings, ensuring consistent pipeline growth and successful deal closure aligned with business objectives
  • Meet or exceed annual sales goals and targets aligned with company objectives
  • Generate new business opportunities across Lending Solutions and Generative AI offerings
  • Identify and qualify prospects, initiate new sales activities, and manage sales cycles through to closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across client and prospect organizations to sustain a healthy pipeline
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Product Strategy teams to support product improvements and new revenue opportunities
  • Assess client needs, diagnose underlying business challenges, and propose innovative, tailored solutions
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and introduce relevant products and services into client discussions
  • Develop market expertise and provide product and use case insights throughout the sales cycle
  • Act as a liaison between client service, implementation teams, and clients to ensure seamless engagement on opportunities
  • Coordinate responses to client and prospect requests for product and service information
  • Support development and sharing of market insights to enhance internal and external awareness of capabilities
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management
  • Travel to client sites as required to support sales activities

About the Team

Our Sales team is responsible for driving growth across lending, data, and AI-enabled solutions by delivering value-driven outcomes to clients in the financial services industry. The team collaborates closely with Product, Strategy, and Client Services to bring innovative solutions to market, strengthen client partnerships, and expand revenue opportunities while supporting adoption of advanced analytics and AI capabilities.
