Skills and Competencies
- 3-5 years of experience in RFPs, proposals, or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to craft clear, compelling, and tailored written responses for client-facing deliverables
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality in fast-paced environments
- Effective stakeholder management and collaboration across Sales, Product, Legal, and Compliance teams
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Jira, or similar platforms
- Exposure to AI or automation tools to enhance efficiency and content quality
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field
Responsibilities
- The role partners closely with Sales and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, accurate, and timely responses while contributing to process improvements, content management, and overall win effectiveness
- Support the end-to-end response process for client questionnaires including RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and due diligence requests
- Draft, edit, and tailor high-quality responses aligned to client requirements and firm messaging
- Ensure submissions are accurate, complete, and delivered within deadlines
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure alignment with business priorities
- Track timelines, approvals, and dependencies to manage deliverables effectively and track performance metrics and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement
- Maintain and enhance a centralized repository of approved content
- Identify content gaps and partner with subject matter experts to improve response quality and Utilize workflow tools to manage pipelines and monitor progress
- Support proposal strategy and align responses with sales objectives
About the Team
The RFP Strategic Response Team is a globally distributed team within Global Sales Excellence, responsible for leading high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, due diligence questionnaires, and other strategic client opportunities. The team plays a critical role in supporting Moody’s growth strategy.
By joining us, you will closely work with Sales, Product, Legal, Risk, Solution Specialists, and other subject matter experts, the team manages the response lifecycle from intake and planning through content development, review, and final submission. This is a collaborative, fast-paced, and highly visible team where strong project management, clear writing, commercial awareness, and innovation—including the use of AI and enterprise content tools—help deliver compelling, compliant, and strategically aligned responses that support Moody’s growth.
