Skills and Competencies
- 3-7 years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or HR with a strong track record of delivering impactful programs
- Expertise in designing scalable, data-driven learning solutions aligned to business goals
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
- Proficiency in program management, including planning, execution, and performance measurement (e.g., NPS, ROI, impact analysis)
- Experience leveraging innovative learning approaches, including digital learning tools and Gen AI, to enhance engagement and personalization
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into effective learning strategies
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Master’s degree or certifications in Learning & Development, Coaching, or Project Management are preferred
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to identify skill gaps and define learning priorities aligned with organizational strategy
- Design and develop scalable, high-impact learning programs using modern instructional approaches such as blended learning, experiential techniques, and digital platforms
- Manage end-to-end program delivery, including planning, facilitation, logistics, communications, and vendor coordination
- Facilitate learning sessions to create engaging, inclusive, and high-quality participant experiences
- Measure program effectiveness through data and insights, including learner feedback, adoption rates, and business impact metrics
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing outcomes, gathering feedback, and refining program design
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor on talent and skills development initiatives
- Introduce and pilot innovative learning technologies and methodologies, including AI-driven and future-ready solutions
