Skills and Competencies
•Administer LMS (Cornerstone / Workday Learning) with strong ownership of configuration, governance, and system performance
•Configure learning entities (courses, curricula, assignments, campaigns) and manage lifecycle, enrollments, and completion tracking
•Apply strong knowledge of LMS architecture (assignment rules, equivalencies, reporting, roles, permissions)
•Support Workday Learning Functional module with Core HCM and cross-module processes
•Configure and maintain Learning-related business processes in Workday (enrollment, approvals, notifications)
•Build and support reporting using Workday tools (standard/advanced reports, calculated fields)
•Ability to support integrations (EIB, APIs) and interfaces with external vendors/content providers
•Ability to support release management including vendor updates, impact analysis, testing, and feature enablement
•Monitor platform health, usage trends, and proactively resolve system issues
•Troubleshoot workflows, enrollments, reporting issues in LMS Tool
•Manage vendor relationships, support cases, and act as LMS subject matter expert
•Apply analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills to drive improvements, including AI-enabled learning features
Education
•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
•LMS certifications such as Cornerstone OnDemand or Workday Learning are preferred
Responsibilities
•Own LMS (Cornerstone / Workday) ensuring governance, security, data integrity, and platform performance
•Support and manage integrations (SSO, APIs, Workday EIB, data feeds, content providers) across LMS and enterprise systems
•Apply Workday Learning knowledge to support cross-module processes (Core HCM, Talent, Performance)
•Support release management including vendor review, testing, documentation, and feature rollout
•Monitor system health, usage trends, and proactively resolve issues impacting users
•Administer and configure learning solutions including courses, curricula, assignments, and access models
•Troubleshoot workflows, enrollments, reporting issues and provide Tier 2/3 support
•Manage vendor relationships and support cases ensuring timely resolution
•Create documentation, job aids, and deliver training/knowledge-sharing sessions
•Identify and drive continuous improvements including AI-enabled learning capabilities
•Collaborate with Digital People Systems team on cross-platform initiatives
