- 3–6 years of experience in a team lead or management role within a technology, data, or AI-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams while managing performance and providing ongoing coaching.
- Strong project and delivery management skills with experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams across cross-functional stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, prompt engineering, and automation platforms such as OpenAI- or Anthropic-based solutions.
- Solid understanding of agentic workflow concepts, LLM orchestration, and AI evaluation methodologies.
- Proficiency in designing prompt pipelines, output templates, and quality evaluation frameworks to support scalable delivery.
- Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool use, or multi-step agent workflows is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with financial content such as 10-Ks, credit memos, annual reports, or KYC documentation; credit analysis exposure is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships, gather structured feedback, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, iterative product environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or relevant professional qualifications are considered an advantage.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Data Operations Specialists (Gen-AI), setting clear goals and fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Define and manage team capacity, workflows, and quality standards to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all agentic workflow initiatives.
- Provide regular developmental feedback and build team capability in prompt engineering, AI tooling, and financial domain knowledge.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with product managers, engineers, and go-to-market teams to align delivery priorities with business objectives.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and operationalization of agentic workflows tailored to client needs across multiple use cases.
- Ensure AI-generated outputs meet standards for quality, factual accuracy, and contextual relevance across diverse client segments.
- Govern the creation and maintenance of prompt libraries, output templates, and evaluation frameworks to enable scalable and repeatable delivery.
- Partner with product and technology teams to translate client requirements into clear workflow specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Serve as a senior point of escalation for client adoption challenges, supporting account teams to resolve issues and ensure successful onboarding.
- Engage directly with clients and prospects to gather feedback, document use case requirements, and validate workflow outputs.
- Prepare and present workflow demonstrations, evaluations, and pilot results to internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Synthesize delivery insights into structured, actionable product feedback for engineering and product leadership.
- Establish, track, and report KPIs related to workflow quality, delivery velocity, and client satisfaction.
- Stay current with advances in the generative AI landscape, including agent-to-agent protocols and evolving LLM capabilities.
- Champion best practices in AI governance, output validation, and responsible AI usage across all team deliverables.
