Title: Senior Production Support Analyst
Location: 1414 South Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC 28203
Duties: Provide support for routine inquiries and develop deep knowledge of applications and their respective integrations, vendors, products, services, systems and workflows. Support and manage Production and Operations support function, including developing subject matter expertise on applications and operations to assist L1, L2 resources in resolving operational requests effectively. Assist efforts to resolve high impact incidents working with business, application, and other technology partners. Ensure key processes are adhered, including case handling and resolution of user queries. Track and measure to ensure SLAs are met and contribute towards reducing resolution time on incidents and business requests. Develop dashboards for monitoring to proactively mitigate incidents and reduce resolution times. Identify opportunities for automation and reduce manual and repetitive tasks. Work with development/L3 team to prioritize and remedy significant and recurring issues and follow through to resolution. Ensure
Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related technical field plus three (3) years of experience as an Engineer, Analyst, Specialist, or in a related technical position working within application operations and/or providing production support. Must have experience with the following: performing incident management, problem resolution, and system monitoring to support production and IT operations as per ITIL process; architecting, designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions for quicker resolution of incidents in existing applications; working with C#.NET, Angular, Java, Oracle, SQL, Python, Tableau, Alteryx, AWS, Informatica, Glue, Grafana, Datadog, open source code and frameworks, build tools like Jenkins, Liquibase and monitoring and performance management tools; cybersecurity frameworks with a focus on protecting sensitive data, maintaining system integrity, and preventing unauthorized access through robu

This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
