Skills and Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot basic to complex Copilot Studio and Power Platform issues.
- Experience providing customer support as part of a service-oriented or technical support team.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio.
- Experience with data connections, including standard and premium connectors.
- Understanding of on-premises data gateway configuration and management.
- Experience developing dashboards, reports, and metrics using Power BI.
- General knowledge of networking concepts, Microsoft Office, Azure services, and ServiceNow.
- Basic to intermediate programming skills, including Python and JSON, for automation and custom development.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as GitHub and DevOps practices including CI/CD.
- Knowledge of security best practices, including role-based access control, data privacy, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and provide guidance or mentoring to junior team members.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business analytics, or equivalent relevant work experience.
Responsibilities
- Support and monitor Copilot Studio solutions built on the Power Platform, with a focus on customer service and issue resolution.
- Assist with administration of the Power Platform tenant, including user access management and security controls.
- Configure, manage, and support on-premises data gateways and related tools.
- Support agent lifecycle management and deployment of Power Platform solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement secure, reliable solutions across Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and metrics using Power BI.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems and APIs, including development of custom connectors.
- Utilize version control systems to manage code and solutions and participate in solution lifecycle management.
- Support deployment pipelines, versioning, rollback procedures, and CI/CD practices.
- Apply automated testing, debugging, and quality assurance practices to ensure performance and reliability.
- Implement and adhere to security best practices and enterprise compliance standards.
- Document processes, solutions, and support activities to contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver solutions.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives and ongoing training related to Copilot Studio, agentic AI, and Power Platform advancements.
About the Team
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $71,200.00 - $103,300.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
