Skills and Competencies
- Strong ability to interpret, analyze, and validate complex ownership and entity relationship data
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy, integrity, and quality control
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to respond clearly to client enquiries
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement and operational efficiency
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Fluency in French (native level) and strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency
- Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
Education
- Undergraduate or advanced degree with coursework in economics, finance, statistics, or a related field preferred
Responsibilities
This role is responsible for managing, enriching, and validating ownership data to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of information delivered to internal and external clients.
- Maintain and enhance ownership links within the Ownership Back Office (OBO) database using automated data feeds and manual encoding
- Operate control mechanisms and matching processes to ensure data quality and integrity
- Respond to client requests and enquiries, providing timely, clear, and effective data support
- Support internal and external clients in accessing, understanding, and using ownership and entity data
- Deliver weekly updates covering a wide range of entities, including shareholders, subsidiaries, beneficial owners, global ultimate owners, funds, branches, vessels, directors, and foreign companies
- Continuously review and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency, speed, and accuracy of data updates
- Expand existing data offerings by identifying new data sources and incorporating additional economic or demographic indicators
- Produce and maintain high‑quality documentation, including internal procedures, data definitions, methodologies, and FAQs
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to support broader data and client service objectives
About the Team
The team is responsible for delivering high‑quality ownership and entity relationship data to a global client base. Working at the intersection of data, research, and client support, the team plays a critical role in ensuring transparency, accuracy, and trust in complex ownership structures while continuously improving data coverage and processes.
