At Moody's, we unite the brightest minds to turn today’s risks into tomorrow’s opportunities. We do this by striving to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome to be who they are-with the freedom to exchange ideas, think innovatively, and listen to each other and customers in meaningful ways.

If you are excited about this opportunity but do not meet every single requirement, please apply! You still may be a great fit for this role or other open roles. We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity.

We are seeking a visionary Senior Vice President (SVP) to lead our AI Technology Integration function. This senior leadership role is responsible for translating the promise of AI into tangible, scalable business value by integrating a suite of third-party AI platforms into the core of our operations.

Many organizations invest in AI but struggle to move beyond proof-of-concept - only about 26% succeed in scaling AI to create real value (source: BCG). As SVP of AI Integration, your mission will be to ensure we are among the leaders who unlock AI’s full potential, delivering measurable improvements in operational efficiency, customer experience, and revenue growth.

You will set the strategic direction, build and lead a global integration team, oversee vendor and platform relationships, and ensure that AI solutions are securely, seamlessly, and sustainably embedded across our enterprise.
This role demands a rare blend of enterprise architecture mastery, AI/ML expertise, business acumen, and transformational leadership.

Key Responsibilities
AI Integration Strategy: Develop and execute a global integration strategy that aligns AI capabilities with business priorities, creating a clear, milestone-driven roadmap for scaling AI across products, services, and internal operations.

Systems & Platform Integration: Architect and oversee the technical integration of third-party AI solutions into existing systems (e.g., core banking systems, customer platforms, data environments), ensuring security, scalability, and interoperability.

Technology Enablement: Drive the design of API layers, middleware, extensions, and other integration touchpoints to adapt external AI stacks to meet internal business needs.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary integration team spanning enterprise architecture, engineering, product management, and business analysis. Champion collaboration between technical and business stakeholders.

Vendor & Partnership Management: Manage strategic relationships with AI platform providers and technology vendors. Negotiate and align joint roadmaps, co-development opportunities, and platform customizations.

Risk Management & Governance: Establish governance frameworks to manage AI model validation, security, compliance, bias mitigation, and ongoing monitoring, ensuring regulatory alignment at every stage.

Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify areas where AI can create new value streams, proposing innovative use cases tied directly to strategic business outcomes.

Scalability, Security & Performance: Ensure integrated solutions are robust, secure, and built for enterprise scale, optimizing for uptime, latency, and operational resilience.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team, articulating the vision, value, and risk posture of AI integration initiatives in clear business terms.

Change Management & Adoption: Champion the cultural shift toward AI-enabled operations, helping business units adopt, trust, and maximize the value of new AI capabilities.

Required Qualifications
15+ years of technology leadership experience, with at least 5+ years leading large-scale integration or AI initiatives in complex, regulated enterprises.

Deep expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, with practical experience integrating AI solutions into production environments.

Strong background in enterprise systems integration, cloud architectures, API design, and scalable platform engineering.

Prior experience in financial services, fintech, or highly regulated industries; familiarity with compliance, security, and explainability standards in AI.

Proven success leading global, cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.

Exceptional communication skills; able to engage effectively with both technical and executive audiences.

College or advanced degree preferred

Ideal Candidate Profile
Strategic and Hands-on: Balances long-term vision with the ability to operationalize and execute.

Enterprise Architect Mindset: Designs with the full systems landscape in mind - data, processes, platforms, and risk.

Change Leader: Understands that successful AI adoption is as much about people and processes as it is about algorithms.

Technically Fluent: Speaks the language of AI platforms, data pipelines, security frameworks, and scalable architecture.

Commercially Astute: Focused on using AI as a value-creation lever, not just a technology play.

Curious and Future-Oriented: Continuously scans the horizon for emerging AI capabilities and new integration opportunities.
