Job Summary
The Training Coordinator plays a key role in delivering a smooth, engaging, and well-organized onboarding experience for new sales hires, while also contributing to broader Sales Enablement initiatives. This role focuses on the coordination, administration, and operational management of training programs, ensuring seamless execution from scheduling to post-session follow-up. Beyond onboarding, the Training Coordinator will support a variety of enablement projects, helping to maintain resources, track training metrics, and assist with initiatives that improve sales productivity and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all logistics for the sales onboarding program, including scheduling, communications, and presenter coordination.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions (live and virtual), ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for new hires.
- Maintain and update onboarding content and structure within the sales enablement platform.
- Partner with business subject matter experts, Sales Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure program alignment with sales priorities.
- Provide operational and administrative support for enablement initiatives, including sales role–specific learning programs, content management, and reporting.
- Assist in the organization and curation of sales resources in sales enablement platform, ensuring content is accurate and accessible.
- Support tracking and reporting of training participation, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Help create a positive, engaging learning environment that supports ongoing development for sales employees.
- Leverage AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline processes, and drive innovation within the role and across Moody's.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in sales enablement platforms such as Highspot, Seismic, Allego, or similar tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms, content creation tools, and virtual training technologies.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field (required).
- Equivalent experience in sales enablement, training coordination, or a related role may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Certifications in instructional design, sales training, or enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, LMS tools) are a plus.
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $94,250.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
