We have an open position on the AVV engineering team for a Systems Engineering Role. Our team is globally distributed, with team members and work colleagues located globally.

THE AVV TEAM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS:

- Environments such as Teams MTR, Miro, Trello, Nice InContact, AppSpace, AudioCodes, eFax etc.

- Conference room design and engineering

- Telephony and contact center engineering

- Digital Signage platform design and engineering

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ROLE WOULD INCLUDE:

- Owning and driving all technical solutions related to the afore mentioned areas

- Contribute to the planning, assessments, and implementation of key digital projects within the Audio Visual and Voice platforms

- Be a point of escalation for operations and other engineering team members

- Perform peer review of the work generated by other AVV engineering team members

- Collaborate with Information security to implement security architectures that protect data beyond the confine of company networks/boundaries

- Produce re-occurring environment analytics and usage presentations

- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure is crucial.

- Strong organizational skills

- Have the ability to ‘lead by example’.

- Manage and work to resolve escalated incidents

- Reduce and remove technical debt of all legacy environments (as needed)

May expect to have additional responsibilities:

- Regularly interact with vendors and understand product roadmaps. Prepare Moody’s for product changes through detailed planning and analysis processes.

- Regularly meet with internal partners and gather feedback / implement voice of customer updates to our tools

Qualifications :

Key technical skills which applicants should have a strong background in:

- Minimum 8+ years in an engineering role

- Required to have MS Teams Voice and MTR, Nice InContact expertise.

- Understanding of Direct Routing and Operator Connect

- Demonstrable course completion for MS Teams Learning is preferred

- Experience with Teams/Zoom Phone

- Experience with AudioCodes Session Border Controllers

- MS Teams Admin certification a plus

- Prior experience in financial services is a plus

- Prior experience working with mergers and acquisitions

- Demonstrable experience of AV design, build and maintenance

- Ability to write technical specifications for project

- Ability to specify exact make, model of conferencing equipment and diagram connectivity plans

- Implementation and back-end configuration for conference room and A/V technology

- Knowledge workflows for client-side provisioning processes - network requests, firewall requests, AD requests, etc.

- Experience using ITSM tools

- General knowledge regarding DNS, active directory, SCIM provisioning, authentication protocols, SAML response, etc.

- Understanding of SIP, VoIP, MPLS, AVoIP, SBCs, PRIs and other similar technologies

- Understanding of SSO (OKTA) and VPN split tunneling a plus

- Showcasing the attitude of continuous improvement within AVV services.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $103,300.00 - $149,800.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
