- Strong understanding of IT project delivery methodologies, particularly in the context of internal corporate systems.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical delivery or project management, with a focus on new technologies to improve processes and drive success for internal teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, including JIRA, MS Project, Excel, PowerBI, Smartsheet, and other relevant platforms, with the ability to leverage AI tools and build intelligent agents to amplify work and enhance productivity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional project teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to pivot between roles, such as Business Analyst or Scrum Master, as needed to effectively support project delivery.
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can improve processes and drive efficiency.
- Interest in developing awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Lead the delivery of multiple, concurrent technology projects with a high degree of independence and accountability, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define scope, requirements, milestones, and success measures.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Guide and support cross-functional delivery teams by setting priorities, balancing workloads, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify delivery risks, issues, and constraints, and develop and execute mitigation and contingency plans.
- Select and apply appropriate delivery frameworks and best practices based on project needs.
- Maintain delivery artifacts using standard collaboration and work-management platforms.
- Elicit, document, and refine business and functional requirements through structured discussions and analysis.
- Analyze data and processes to recommend practical, value-driven solutions.
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $119,100.00 - $172,650.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
