As a Product Manager for Product Onboarding and Enablement, you will interact with many parts of the organization to onboard and enable our clients to leverage the value of our products. You will work alongside Product Managers to deliver products and features that will provide risk insights to the Insurance and Banking sectors and gather user feedback through their adoption journey to continuously improve the product offerings. As products and features are delivered on the roadmap, you will be an integral part in making these available for clients through the product lifecycle, driving the delivery of release communications, documentation, training content, and entitlement in collaboration with various internal teams. You will work closely with the Client Success and Sales teams to ensure clients are left with a positive first impression as they begin their onboarding journey.
You will work closely with our Business Systems and Service Management teams to integrate and automate the contract to entitlement fulfillment process to enable Moody’s products and features on the platform as they are released. You will play a critical part in making sure our clients have access to the wide array of Moody’s products to onboard and adopt into their enterprise business operations.
Required Qualifications:
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
- Experience working with SaaS-based technologies
- Proficient with computer languages: HTML, JSON, T-SQL, Python
- Savvy putting together reference documents and presentations and collaborating using Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effectively collaborating with other departments
- Must be able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, react to changing priorities, meet deadlines and provide timely responses to internal and external customers
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $118,700.00 - $172,250.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
