The AI Workforce Enablement Team 

The AI Workforce Enablement team at Moody’s Corporation plays a crucial role in strategically advising the organization on leveraging agentic AI technologies. This team identifies high-value opportunities to embed agentic AI into business processes, aiming to capture value through automation and efficiency. It prepares the company to adopt these advanced technologies efficiently and effectively, ensuring a seamless integration into existing workflows. As part of a highly strategic initiative to empower our business with best-in-class, cutting-edge technology, this team will be integral to crafting the evolution of our workforce, and company. 

 

Position Overview 

The Product Manager within the AI Workforce Enablement team plays a pivotal role in coordinating efforts to identify, socialize, build, and implement agents designed to optimize workflows. This position reports into the Head of AI Workforce Enablement and focuses on ensuring that all initiatives within, and across, Moody’s functions are strategically aligned and executed in a synchronized manner to optimize value capture. The Product Manager ensures that the AI Workforce Enablement team’s initiatives are not only innovative but also practical and impactful, driving significant improvements in workflow optimization due to thoughtful, intentional and coordinated delivery across our business. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Identifying and Prioritizing Opportunities: Partner closely with the AI Workforce Enablement Business Analyst and key internal stakeholder groups to pinpoint areas where AI agents can enhance efficiency and productivity and prioritize use case deployment. 

  • Socializing Concepts: Effectively communicate the benefits and functionalities of proposed AI solutions to gain buy-in from team members and other departments. 

  • Strategic Coordination: Aligning all projects with the broader organizational goals and ensuring that efforts are harmonized across different teams. 

  • Convert Risks and Dependencies into Opportunities: Work cross-functionally to identify and address project risks and dependencies by creatively solving technical or operational nuances associated with the deployment of a solution, in partnership with business stakeholders. 

  • Program Reporting: Own reporting on outcomes of projects, establishing KPIs and leveraging quantitative and qualitative insights to share business impact. 

  • Change Management & Communications: Advise internal customer groups on change management associated with process and technology changes resulting from adoption of agentic solutions, projecting impacts to people, systems and workflows. Own creation and delivery of thoughtful communications campaigns.  

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.  

  • Certifications or advanced degrees in industrial organization psychology and/or project management preferred.  

  • 6-8 years in change management and/or program management at large, global and fast-paced organization. 

  • Track-record of success program managing portfolios of work that include large-scale technology enablement projects involving complex tech stacks.  

  • Experience leading large, enterprise-level technology and/or process changes. requiring high degree of cross-functional stakeholder coordination and socialization 

  • Experience in AI implementation, business process automation, and workflow optimization. 

  • Strong understanding of generative AI, agentic AI, and digital coworkers. 

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language. 

  • Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic advisor and consultant to business leaders. 

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $141,200.00 - $204,650.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
