Skills and Competencies

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate findings clearly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Social media channels and social media engagement for businesses
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Preferred: Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), automation tools, CRM or process improvement

Education

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • Graduation date of December 2026 – June 2028
  • Ability to work during program dates: June 1st - August 7th 2026

Responsibilities

Support the Global Outreach Team by analyzing operational and social media data and performance and developing strategic insights to enhance outreach efforts.

Function Focus:

  • Assist in collecting and analyzing outreach data
  • Contribute to the development of strategic reports and presentations
  • Support the team in identifying trends and insights from outreach activities

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Analyze outreach data from various channels including email and social media to identify key insights and trends
  • Participate in evaluating new channels for outreach and engagement, and how to maximize visibility through such channels
  • Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with team members to develop, implement and execute outreach strategies for certain stakeholder groups
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach initiatives and work with business intelligence to develop an outreach/engagement effectiveness score

  • Deliver insightful analysis that informs strategic decisions
  • Create clear and impactful reports and presentations
  • Handle multiple tasks with varying levels of complexity under supervision

Autonomy Level:

  • Work under the guidance of senior team members
  • Perform tasks independently with regular check-ins.

Time Allocation:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: 50%
  • Strategy & Visibility Development Support: 40%
  • Team Collaboration and Meetings: 10% ·

About the Team

The Outreach Team supports Moody’s Ratings’ Research team with outreach and engagement to stakeholders interested in Moody’s Ratings research, reports, opinion and thought leadership, both in core markets as well as in growth areas Transition Finance. Digital Finance, Private Credit and Emerging Markets and Domestic Debt.

For US-based roles only: the hiring hourly wage for this position is $35/hr.
