Skills and Competencies
· 8–10+ years of experience in event marketing, regional program management, or customer engagement, with significant experience delivering programs for North America audiences.
· Excellent team leadership skills with a proven ability to build, mentor, and inspire collaborative, high-performing teams.
· Demonstrated success in developing regional strategy, partnering with sales teams and senior business stakeholders to drive measurable growth.
· Strong vendor management, budget oversight, and project management capabilities, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-format programs.
· Data-driven mindset with a focus on results, measurement, and communicating ROI.
· Willingness to travel within North America as needed (~20–30%).
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities: Shape and execute the strategy for high-impact customer events and engagement programs across North America to support Moody's brand and business goals.
· Develop and execute a regional strategy and roadmap for events and outreach that align with global priorities and North America business objectives.
· Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional team, providing clear direction and fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
· Lead the planning and execution of flagship events, executive forums, and strategic activations, overseeing budget management, vendor relations, and logistics.
· Serve as the key liaison between global teams and North America sales and business stakeholders, ensuring regional needs shape program design and delivery.
· Partner with sales and business development to identify high-value audience segments and opportunities for deeper customer engagement.
· Establish clear goals and KPIs for all regional programs; track results, analyze impact, and share insights to drive continuous improvement.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, communications, and content teams to ensure programs are integrated into larger campaigns and brand initiatives.
· Stay ahead of regional market trends and customer needs, bringing forward innovative ideas to enhance program strategy and impact.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $134,400.00 - $194,850.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
