Skills and Competencies
  • Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio (Lite and Full), including agent design, governance, lifecycle management, and enterprise integration
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Teams architecture, administration, governance, and lifecycle management
  • Strong experience designing and implementing Power Platform solutions, including Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Purview and Data Loss Prevention (DLP), including designing and enforcing data protection and compliance controls across Microsoft 365
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Graph APIs for automation, telemetry, reporting, and integrations
  • Proven ability to build and maintain enterprise-grade automations using Power Automate and orchestration tools
  • Strong experience building Model-Driven and Canvas Apps using Dataverse
  • Experience integrating Microsoft 365 services with third-party platforms such as ServiceNow
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for administration, automation, and reporting
  • Ability to assess GenAI and automation solutions for data exposure, governance, and regulatory risk
  • Strong ability to document and present technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • 10+ years of proven experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies
  • 7+ years of proven experience with Power Platform and enterprise automation
  • 5+ years of proven experience in PowerShell scripting
  • Deep expertise in artificial intelligence, with a track record of implementing advanced AI solutions to drive strategic transformation and operational efficiency. Strong experience using AI tools to lead innovation initiatives. Demonstrated leadership in managing AI-related risks, ensuring ethical governance, and fostering a culture of responsible AI adoption across the organization
Education
  • Certification in Microsoft 365 or related technologies
Responsibilities
This role leads the design, delivery, and governance of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Teams, and automation solutions to enable secure, compliant, and innovative ways of working.
  • Deliver effective Copilot, Teams, and automation solutions, including creation of associated design and operating documentation
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of Copilot Studio agents and Microsoft 365 Copilot experiences
  • Design and enforce DLP and compliance controls across Microsoft 365 in collaboration with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams
  • Serve as the technical authority for Microsoft Teams, including architecture, governance, and operational support
  • Leverage Microsoft Graph APIs to build integrations, automations, and enterprise reporting solutions
  • Perform periodic platform assessments and documentation reviews as part of application governance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Stay current on emerging and upcoming features across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams, and the Power Platform
  • Integrate the Microsoft 365 suite with workflow applications such as ServiceNow using orchestration tools
  • Independently manage work across multiple projects while effectively prioritizing tasks
  • Partner with other Moody’s IT teams on complex engineering initiatives
  • Triage and resolve complex technical issues related to Teams, Copilot, DLP, and automation platforms
  • Contribute to the technology strategy supporting new ways of working and the future of work
  • Work across development, sandbox, and production environments in alignment with established policies
About the Team
The Digital Workplace Services team is responsible for transforming collaboration and productivity across the organization. The team focuses on modern workplace technologies such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 Copilot, enabling employees to work smarter through secure, scalable, and innovative digital solutions. By combining deep technical expertise with emerging GenAI capabilities, the team plays a critical role in driving digital enablement and shaping the future of work at Moody’s.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $142,500.00 - $206,700.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
