Skills and Competencies
  • People stakeholder partnership and executive-ready communication with the ability to build trusted relationships, manage expectations, and clearly communicate status, risks, and decisions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex People systems, integrations, and data concepts into clear, actionable information
  • Hands-on experience leading delivery for People (HR) technology platforms and integrations across domains such as core HR, talent, compensation, performance, and employee data management
  • Proven ability to elicit, document, and analyze business and functional requirements, including current and future-state People process flows
  • Experience partnering with product owners and technical leads to produce user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting delivery artifacts
  • Strong end-to-end delivery execution skills including planning, scope, schedule, dependency management, cross-team coordination, and stakeholder reporting
  • Ability to operate in environments requiring strong data governance, employee data privacy, access controls, and audit readiness
  • Skilled in coordinating reviews, workshops, training, and readiness activities to drive adoption of People solutions
  • Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.
Education
  • Undergraduate or first-level degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Technology, or a closely related technical field
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary delivery partner translating People business needs into secure, scalable technology solutions
  • Ten or more years of experience delivering technology solutions
  • Act as the primary point of contact for People stakeholders on technology initiatives across HR domains
  • Provide clear, executive-ready status reporting highlighting progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions
  • Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements aligned to People outcomes
  • Translate business requirements into engineering-ready artifacts in partnership with product and technical teams
  • Plan and manage end-to-end delivery execution including scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and vendor coordination
  • Coordinate and lead delivery activities such as workshops, design reviews, user acceptance testing, and stakeholder signoff
  • Support operational readiness and change adoption through training, documentation, demos, and post-release stabilization

The Corporate Systems team, part of the Technology Services Group, supports core business and technology operations by enabling reliable execution, strong coordination, and effective governance across corporate platforms. The team partners closely with senior leaders and product teams to drive operational excellence while advancing innovation, including the adoption of AI-driven capabilities, helping ensure enterprise systems are resilient, forward-looking, and positioned for continued growth.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $142,500.00 - $206,700.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
