Skills and Competencies  

  • Track record of managing fleet level ceremonies, tracking delivery and ensuring releases are successful. 
  • Experience in successfully improving and streamlining processes, with an operational and analytical mindset. 
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. 
  • Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders and communicating ideas clearly for alignment. 
  • Experience with product management, data and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, Confluence, Miro, and Heap. 
  • Understanding of Agile and Product Management concepts, principles and practices. 
  • 3+ years of experience in product operations, business operations, agile coaching, project management or related operations roles. 
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. 
  • Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use. 

 

 

Education 

Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, or related field preferred 

 

 

Responsibilities 

The Product Ops Manager will work closely with the Screening product team and central Product Ops team, supporting on initiatives relating to product development processes, and touch points between the product team and their stakeholders, seeking out inefficiencies in the product development organisation. This role will be pivotal to the success of scaling our growing teams, driving the improvement of processes and tools that will ensure we continue to deliver in high quality. 

 

  • Facilitate Agile development ceremonies and releases, e.g. Scrum of scrums 
  • Coordinate feature development priorities and successfully manage releases between product and software engineering. 
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed. 
  • Improve communication channels and processes between product and internal stakeholders, e.g. fulfilment teams. 
  • Own our product development tooling, reviewing and improving our use of tools - including assessment of other tools where required. Define and advocate for best practices. 
  • Partner with the squad leads to develop, improve, implement and educate on product development related processes and workflows. Advocate for best practice. 
  • Create and maintain documentation for product development related processes and workflows, ensuring our squads understand and adhere to it. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, QA and customer facing teams. 
  • Support the Director of Operations with initiatives relating to planning, budgeting, onboarding, engagement, compliance, and knowledge management.

Our Product Operationsteam is responsible for enhancing operational efficiency, improving cross-functional collaboration, and supporting scalable growth.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $82,400.00 - $119,450.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
