Title: AVP - Product Manager

Location: 7 World Trade Center, 250 Greenwich Street, New York, NY 10007 USA

Duties: Provide day-to-day direction and enable issue resolution/escalation. Incorporate user needs into stories and validate within each sprint or capability launch. Support demos, Backlog Refinement, Go Live Readiness, including user acceptance testing and training coordination. Develop data flow diagrams for reporting integrations that support technical design and build processes. Collaborate with project managers, technical leads and quality assurance leads to ensure effective cross-portfolio communication and issue management. Lead user acceptance testing by gathering test scenarios, developing scripts, triaging defects, and capturing sign-off from stakeholders and project leads. Collaborate with external consultants on technology initiatives throughout duration of implementation by reviewing and providing feedback on project artifacts, helping coordinate meetings with stakeholders and testing new functionality. Provide demonstrations and documentation for new features in system/reports. Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enable operational efficiency. Partner with Data Management and Analytics Teams to ensure technology solutions adhere to data quality requirements and meet stakeholder reporting objectives. Create runbooks and ensure that documentation complies with software development standards and best practices. Identify project risks and issues and highlight to senior management. Perform UAT test to validate requirements and business logic by using Functional, Database, and Webservice testing. Provide post-production technical support to production support team. Lead Scrum team with requirement clarifications in tactical execution of assigned projects. Provide project metrics, reports, and other project specific information to stakeholders. Perform data analysis by creating SQL queries in Oracle, Sybase, DB2 to test data feeds and reporting projects. Telecommuting Permitted (100% telecommuting position. Will consider applicants resident in the continental U.S.).

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Management Information Systems, or a closely related field plus five (5) years of progressively responsible experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a related position performing product management or supporting software implementation projects within the financial services industry. Alternatively, the employer will accept ten (10) years of experience of related work experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree. Must have experience with the following: working with credit ratings data, and performing product management and data analysis to identify opportunities, efficiencies, and measure critical metrics; gathering, synthetizing, and translating business requirements into technical and functional specifications; applying knowledge of business analytics, digital transformation, and agile methodology; managing projects for financial data insights or infrastructure; designing and building analytical features and tools; working with SQL and business intelligence tools; and improving product features or data operation pipeline.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $170,373 - $204,650/year, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
