Title: AVP, Marketing & Engagement
Location: 7 World Trade Center, 250 Greenwich Street, New York, NY 10007
Duties: Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and strategies. Own, create and maintain regional marketing content including Pitch Books, Brochures, and Case Studies. Apply indepth knowledge of Moody’s value proposition, methodologies and strategy to articulate relevant Marketing content. Work closely with the relationship management team to understand and develop effective marketing content. Develop a sound understanding of MIS branding and communication guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure effective stakeholder management to build and execute on annual marketing pipeline. Collaborate with Moody’s events team to track, manage budget and report on commercial group funded events. Demonstrate strong working relationship within the marketing team and across functions. Implement a global lead generation pipeline to bring new opportunities into our sales pipeline, in partnership with the Sales and Operations team. Establish an operational structure to make the process more efficient for the stakeholders involved. Work with cross-functional teams to build an integrated and holistic regional marketing plan, delivering compelling marketing materials and sales content, with a particular emphasis on digital content for online platforms and social media. Create and implement advertising campaigns, both paid and organic, with a focus on digital advertising strategies. Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, particularly digital campaigns, using analytics tools. Identify patterns and trends in the data and provide recommendations for improvement / new solutions based on the analysis. Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish and execute a robust marketing and content plan that supports strategic business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, external agencies, award vendors, major financial press and media outlets. Participate in strategic global projects in partnership with Moody’s Ratings Head of Marketing, Global Head of Sales Enablement, Regional Sales Heads, and other Moody’s Marketing teams..
Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent Business Administration, Communications, or a related field plus three (3) years of experience as a Marketing Manager or related position. Must have experience with the following: B2B marketing, content management, digital marketing tools and AI platforms such as Marketo, High spot, Lumen5 or CoPilot; utilizing email marketing and campaign management software; search engine optimization including SEO and SEM; digital advertising platforms and content management systems including CMS; market research tools such as Bloomberg, Salesforce, or Google Analytics.
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $99,424 to $135,750/yr, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
