  • Proven ability to integrate data from diverse systems and architectures, with a deep understanding of how these systems interact to ensure seamless interoperability and alignment with enterprise data governance standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with system owners and stakeholders, effectively communicating data-driven narratives to influence decisions and drive alignment with governance requirements.
  • Experience in organizing and managing data products, including cataloging, classification, and ensuring compliance with governance frameworks.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing data governance frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, metadata management, and data lineage tools.

  • Lead hands-on efforts to organize and structure enterprise data, resolving interoperability issues by unifying fragmented data sources, standardizing metadata, and ensuring seamless data flow across systems to support analytics and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the full data lifecycle-from ingestion to delivery-by enforcing governance frameworks that ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to align data initiatives with strategic goals.
  • Lead efforts to trace data lineage, define taxonomies, and standardize metadata across systems.
  • Integrate with ongoing projects to unify data views and eliminate silos.
