Skills and Competencies
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or customer support/success (required).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across departments (required).
- A structured, detail-oriented approach to work, with excellent organizational skills (required).
- Bonus: Language proficiency in Spanish is desired but not a must (desired).
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.
Education
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join our Corporate & Government Customer Engagement group. This global team is integral to customer satisfaction, comprising experts in project management, implementation, product consultancy, and customer success. As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless client implementations and managing change execution, driving high-quality project delivery from start to finish.

As an Associate Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Support: Assist clients in implementing our products by following established implementation and post-implementation processes and best practices, ensuring project success.
- Collaborate: Work with implementation specialists and other internal stakeholders to deliver projects effectively.
- Organize: Schedule internal and external meetings to facilitate project progress.
- Plan: Draft scoping documents and prepare detailed project timelines.
- Track: Create and maintain action and issue logs, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Execute: Monitor adherence to project scope, timelines, and provisioning requirements.
- Communicate: Deliver regular internal and external project status updates, identify risks and dependencies, and prepare clear communications for stakeholders.
- Support tenured project managers on complex projects, support projects within larger program implementations

Our Customer Engagement team is responsible for the configuration and maintenance Moody's risk workflow solutions to meet our customers regulatory & commercial risk requirements. We also ensure retention and satisfaction through proactive engagement and strategic guidance, while optimising processes, standardising configurations, and driving product enhancement. For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $67,800.00 - $98,400.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
