Skills and Competencies

  • Interest in automation and AI technologies: A demonstrated interest in automation, artificial intelligence and digital transformation is required to contribute effectively to innovation and process optimization initiatives.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS platforms and software configuration: Required to assist in configuring, testing, and supporting software solutions that meet business needs
  • Problem-solving and communication skills: Strong analytical thinking and communication skills are required for troubleshooting, collaborating with stakeholders and documenting solutions
  • Familiarity with databases (e.g., MS SQL Server), file transfer protocols and cloud services is desired for supporting technical aspects of automation and AI enablement

Education 

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field

Responsibilities

Support automation and artificial intelligence initiatives to optimize processes and drive digital transformation.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement using automation and artificial intelligence technologies
  • Assist in evaluating, integrating and supporting AI-enabled solutions for business operations
  • Create and maintain training materials, documentations and guides to facilitate technology adoption
  • Develop and maintain scripts for process automation, ensuring reliability and efficiency
  • Support software migration and implementation projects, including documentation and software configuration
  • Collaborate with project managers and product specialists to gather requirements and contribute to solution design
  • Participate in software testing activities and document results to ensure quality and compliance
  • Maintain internal tracking systems and contribute to reporting and analytics efforts
  • Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability


About the team

Our Corporate and Government Solution Delivery team is responsible for implementing customized workflow tool solutions based on clients’ unique needs and internal processes. We contribute to Moody’s by:

  • Delivering innovative, tailored solutions that streamline client operations and improve efficiency
  • Supporting digital transformation initiatives to enhance both client-facing and internal processes
  • Collaborating across departments to ensure solutions align with business requirements and drive measurable impact
