Skills and Competencies

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration with a technical focus, or related field, with demonstrated interest in AI/ML applications in enterprise software
  • Foundational understanding of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI concepts, with curiosity about AI agents, prompt engineering, and context management.
  • Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business requirements and user stories
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, comfortable working across technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Proactive self-starter with a customer-first mindset and eagerness to learn about AI governance, responsible AI practices, and compliance requirements in regulated industries

Education

Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Product Management, or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and delivery of AI-powered solutions for compliance and third-party risk management.
  • Contribute to defining and evaluating agentic use cases across third-party onboarding, screening, due diligence, and policy configuration workflows
  • Assist in gathering and synthesizing customer feedback, user pain points, and competitive intelligence to inform product roadmap decisions
  • Support the cross-functional squad by coordinating between AI engineering, data science, domain experts, and commercial teams to move features from concept to delivery
  • Help track and analyze key performance indicators and usage metrics for generative AI features, identifying patterns and opportunities for improvement
  • Participate in rapid prototyping activities, testing AI capabilities and documenting findings to guide product iterations
  • Research emerging AI trends, tools, and regulatory developments relevant to risk management and compliance domains
  • Contribute to documentation for AI governance, auditability, and responsible AI deployment practices
  • Assist in preparing presentations, demos, and materials for internal stakeholders and client engagements
