Skills and Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex workflow issues
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Preferred experience in Wokflow design or software such as a Jira Service Management, PowerAutomate, SalesForce, and Fabric
• Preferred: Experience with JIRA integrations, such as plug-ins, APIs, and webhooks
• Preferred: Familiarity with languages such as JQL, Python, or Java

Education

• Preferred working towards Bachelor’s degree in: Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, Data Analyst, Data Architect, Business Intelligence Analyst/Developer, Machine Learning Engineer
• Start Date: March 2026

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize complex business process workflows to achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness through JIRA service management and automation
• Design and Implementation: Develop and implement efficient business process workflows in line with organizational goals, including mapping current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and designing optimized workflows in JIRA Service Management
• Collaboration: Work closely with various cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and management, to understand their workflow needs and challenges
• Integrations: Implement and integrate workflow triggers from various APIs, plug-ins, and webhooks
• Continuous Improvement: Continually monitor and analyze the effectiveness of implemented workflows, adjusting and improving as necessary
• Training and Support: Provide necessary training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption and operation of new workflow systems
• Documentation: Document all processes, updates, and changes to workflow systems and ensure these documents are easily accessible and understandable to relevant teams

Our Workflow team is responsible for designing and implementing workflows. The team improves efficiency and accuracy by creating dynamic, context-aware processes that adapt to the needs of specific tasks and teams.
