- Minimum 4 years of relevant recruitment experience
- Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence senior management to achieve optimal talent attraction outcomes
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across Latam region and business units
- Excellent knowledge of current recruitment trends and diverse sourcing strategies, including social media, market mapping, and direct outreach
- Ability to creatively and efficiently resolve complex recruitment challenges
- Strong advisory and consultative capabilities, with the ability to persuade and influence hiring decisions
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and priorities
- Solid understanding of talent markets across LATAM and awareness of cultural, regulatory, and competitive landscape differences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and nurture relationships with passive candidates
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sourcing KPIs and SLAs
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.

- Undergraduate degree required
- Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for LATAM locations, developing deep knowledge of each local talent market
- Advise business leaders on hiring strategies tailored to LATAM markets and specific role requirements
- Use diverse sourcing tools and methodologies to effectively identify and evaluate talent across the region
- Consultatively advise hiring managers and senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and improving recruitment processes
- Partner with business leaders, Talent Acquisition colleagues, and HR Business Partners to analyze talent needs and implement effective recruitment solutions
- Assess candidate quality, skills, and cultural fit aligned with job requirements and business goals
- Lead and manage the offer negotiation and facilitation process, ensuring alignment with internal policies and external market conditions
- Source, screen, and recommend candidates using behavioral-based interviewing techniques
- Clearly articulate Moody’s total rewards, benefits, and recruitment policies to candidates and stakeholders
- Design and implement external recruiting programs to attract and retain a qualified workforce across LATAM
- Represent Moody’s at networking events and build strong professional networks and relationships with external partners
- Gather and analyze competitive salary, benefits, and employment practice data to advise management
