Role As a Talent Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our learning and development initiatives. You will work closely with various stakeholders to design, deliver, and oversee digital learning experiences, including Moody’s University our employee facing learning management system (LMS).
Key Responsibilities
» Strong technical skills to oversee and maintain the LMS to facilitate seamless learning experiences while aligning with organizational objectives, with a focus on mandatory training programs
» Builds, manages and enhances relationships with internal (i.e., Legal, Compliance) and external stakeholders through effective communication, negotiation, and engagement strategies to align with objectives, ensuring project success and mutual satisfaction
» Troubleshoot and resolve LMS issues in collaboration with IT and HR systems teams, ensuring smooth operation and integration. This involves identifying problems, proposing solutions, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement fixes and enhancements, improving user experience and system functionality
» Effectively manage and prioritize tasks within a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and efficient administration of the LMS. This includes overseeing content management and user support, while adapting to changing priorities and deadlines to meet regulatory sensitive timelines

Qualifications/Skills
» Bachelors in any discipline
» Atleast 4 years of experience in L&D-with experience in LMS content administration
» Prefered knowledge and experience of Cornerstone OnDemand LMS. Cornerstone certification (Specialist or Expert) desirable
» Experience with HTML and Javascript
» Experince Nice to have exposure with PowerBI / Power Automate
» Proficiency in MS Suite
» Excellent project management and organizational skills
» Excellent written and oral communication skills
» Familiarity with learning & development environment and Adult Learning Theory

Learner Experience & Innovationglobal Center of Excellence (CoE), responsible for
» Formulating and steering Learning & Development (L&D) strategy, governance and measurement
» Leading and administering L&D technology & innovation
» Designing and delivering learning experiences including content curation, online learning content, and facilitating training sessions to drive professional knowledge and skill development for MCO employees
» Driving knowledge transfer initiatives in support of MCO projects
» Partnering with Line of Business (LoB) teams to assess and address emerging requirements
» Administering learning logistics (course set up, attendance tracking, reporting)
