Skills and Competencies
* Understanding of core M365 Services (Entra AD, Exchange, SharePoint and Teams)
* Understanding of M365 Groups vs traditional Security/Distribution groups
* Familiar with PowerShell Scripting including cmdlets for tasks relating to Exchange, Active Directory, SharePoint and Teams.
* Familiar with interacting with Graph API, either through the MSGraph PowerShell module or direct via REST queries.
* Ability to be able to document, diagram, and flowchart complex design concepts is a must

Education

Certification in M365 or related technologies.

Responsibilities

* Delivery of effective Collaboration solutions as well as creation of associated design and operating documentation
* Expert technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills of Office 365, Teams, Viva Suite, Exchange Hybrid (2019), Active Directory, Azure AD, Azure AD Connect, PowerShell & Graph API Automation
* Perform periodic infrastructure applications assessments and documentation review as part of our application governance
* Keep up-to-date on current and upcoming features in relevant products and platforms
* Integrating M365 Suite with workflow applications such as ServiceNow, using orchestration tools.
* Effectively and independently take on and manage tasks/work inside multiple projects simultaneously
* Work seamlessly with other Moody's IT teams on complex engineering projects
* Triage of complex technical issues related to messaging and Infrastructure applications and a multitude of other variables in the mix
* Ability to prioritize and work under pressure is crucial
* Contribute to the tech strategy and approach for our new ways of working and the future of work
* Work in dev, sandbox and production environments with adherence to policies for each
