Skills and Competencies
- Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in commercial strategy, business process transformation, digitalisation, or related fields within financial services or B2B environments
- Proven track record of defining and executing lead generation strategies and delivering digital transformation projects at scale
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing at senior leadership level
- Demonstrated success in owning revenue outcomes and driving efficiency improvements through technology and AI
- Demonstrated leadership in AI strategy and implementation
- Proven ability to define and execute AI-driven initiatives that transform business processes and enhance customer engagement
- Experience integrating AI tools into commercial workflows, managing technology roadmaps, and delivering measurable outcomes
- Strong understanding of AI governance, risk management, and ethical considerations
- Deep understanding of lead generation processes, sales enablement, and digital tools
- Strong knowledge of AI applications in commercial or sales environments, including workflow automation, data modelling, and API integrations
- Demonstrated ability to manage technology roadmaps and deliver digital solutions
- High proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and process governance
- Familiarity with Salesforce and integration
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Ability to drive change, inspire teams, and foster collaboration across functions
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Six Sigma, Lean, or similar process improvement certifications are advantageous
- Experience with AI-powered GTM tools and LLM-driven automation
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), sales engagement platforms, and data warehouse systems (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)
- Previous experience working directly with sales teams or owning outbound initiatives
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
Responsibilities
The role holder is accountable for delivery of tools to the RM team that a) drive revenues through better quality & more timely generation and assignment of leads and actionable customer insights; b) increase the efficiency of the team through enhanced controlled processes for lead management, meeting preparation, portfolio management.
- Define the revenue outcomes and efficiency improvements associated with lead generation and AI initiatives in collaboration with Global RM team
- Define, lead, and implement the overall vision, strategy and outcomes for lead generation and qualification
- Define, lead and implement the overall vision, strategy and outcomes for Sales Agentic and AI in RM day-to-day life
- Oversee the definition and delivery of the technology roadmap for digital lead generation tools, managing the technology roadmap and maintaining strong relationships within Business Digitalisation and Technology teams
- Lead definition, review and consolidation of subscription products that support lead generation
- Integrate AI-powered tools and automation into the RM Process, driving measurable improvements in RM productivity and customer engagement
- Act as business owner (Process Owner) for lead generation processes - Oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing management of processes and controls (including RCSA) related to lead generation and sales activities
- Develop dashboard to monitor progress against agreed outcomes
- Ensure robust data management, governance, and reporting to support decision-making and regulatory compliance
- Lead initiatives related to Customer 360 and portfolio grouping to enable holistic client insights for more effective customer engagement.
