Role

  • Lead content developer in support of Compliance training needs across MCO. Responsible for establishing best practices and standards for content development

  • Responsible for serving as primary content point of contact between Talent Development and Compliance/Legal stakeholders

  • Distill requirements from stakeholders into dynamic engaging e-content solutions using a variety of mediums

  • Designing digital learning programs for Moody’s Staff to enhance their business skills and capabilities

  • Working with instructional designers to understand storyboards and develop e-learning content based on established e-learning development processes.

  • Designing learning assets in line with the project scope, using digital tools and templates

  • Developing training material associated with the project, such as instructor guides, participant guides, hands-on activities, handouts, diagrams and pictures, job aids, and self-study material

Responsibilities.

Content Creation and Design

  • Advance content development capabilities across the function

  • Serve as primary content contact for related stakeholder groups

  • Mentor others on content development best practices

  • Design and create engaging, interactive, and effective e-learning courses, modules, and resources by applying instructional design theories.

  • Use authoring tools- Storyline 360 and video editing tools like Adobe Premier Pro, and After Effects, and designing tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, etc. to incorporate various multimedia elements such as videos, graphics, animations, and interactive activities to enhance the learning experience.

  • Follow the detailed storyboards and scripts for e-learning content, align with the learning objectives, and ensure clarity and instructional effectiveness.

  • Use AI tools like Synthesia, and Natural Readers for image/video/voiceover generation.

  • Create assessments, quizzes, and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of e-learning modules and ensure learning objectives are met.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with clients, subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and other stakeholders to gather content and ensure accuracy.

  • Collect and incorporate feedback from stakeholders, and learners to continuously improve e-learning content.

  • Manage multiple e-learning projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead members to innovate, introduce, and implement innovative learning solutions, such as gamification, virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), AI and adaptive learning technologies, to enhance engagement and effectiveness.

  • Foster a collaborative team environment by working closely with the team members to develop cohesive and high-quality e-learning content.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-learning to continuously enhance the company's training offerings

Specialized Skills required for this role

Courseware development tools- Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, etc.

Video editing tools - Camtasia, Adobe Premier Pro, and Adobe After Effects

Graphic designing tools - Adobe Illustrator, Canva, etc.

AI tools - Synthesia, Natural Readers, etc.

MS Office - PowerPoint, Word, etc.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Full-time Graduation in any stream

  • Certification/Diploma/Degree in E-Learning Design Domain

  • Design certifications are recommended

  • 5+ years of experience in developing e-learning content, such as :

  • Application simulations

  • Web Based training

  • Video-based learning

  • Job Aides

  • Quick Reference cards

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and project management skills

  • Adept at visualizing the content and collaborating with the instructional designers and technical team members and also advanced attention to detail to develop the end product within the given timelines

  • A flexible work style and ability to work beyond the normal schedule during peak periods

  • Demonstrates an ability to incorporate AI into their work products
