Skills and Competencies:

  • Experience with reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contract terms while recognizing and limiting risk.
  • Proficiency in managing Requests for Proposals (RFP).
  • Skilled in contract and Statement of Work (SOW) analysis in collaboration with Legal, Information Security, and Insurance departments.
  • Strong capability in initiating, developing, and executing sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills for strategic solutions with stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Influential communication skills for managing diverse stakeholder groups in complex organizations.
  • Proven change management experience.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge in multiple sourcing categories (e.g., IT Services, Professional Services) is advantageous.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business (or equivalent) from an accredited college/university.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide sourcing services across various lines of business and act as the liaison for the Procurement & Sourcing Group.
  • Manage contract administration, including tracking, analysis, and reporting of key information.
  • Develop and administer agreement templates, conduct first-level contract reviews, and liaise with relevant departments for final approvals.
  • Participate in contract negotiations and accurately capture contract details in the procurement system.
  • Facilitate contract management meetings with stakeholders and manage projects to ensure timely delivery within SLAs.
  • Work closely with internal partners, maintaining responsive communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development and execution of sourcing and procurement strategies aligned with the group's objectives.
