Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of compliance regulations related to people processes.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage end-to-end project lifecycles.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Experience with SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.
- Experience managing and implementing preventive internal controls in a shared services environment.
Preferred
- 7 to 9 years of experience in an HR operations role within high-growth and/or significant transformation environments, global experience preferred
- Familiarity with problem-solving, consulting, spotting trends and human-centered design
- Business driven and team-oriented demeanor and willingness to pitch in whenever needed
- Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is highly preferred
- Ability to prioritize, work collaboratively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
Education
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources , Engineering, Operations, or related field.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in process improvement, process design projects such as process flow charts, SOP documentation using Six Sigma methodologies, and a deep understanding of overall people compliance.
- Drive People Team process enhancement and lead transformative process workshops.
- Embed Process Design Management into People Team's strategic initiatives.
- Proactively conduct comprehensive internal reviews to ensure readiness for regulatory internal and external audits.
- Review Data Quality Assurance of People Systems.
- Undertake annual reviews of Onboarding forms, People Policies, and SOPs with the COEs.
- Ensure stringent compliance with Statutory Requirements.
- Conduct process design workshops and create process flow charts and documentation.

Our Service Excellence team leads strategic planning and execution for the People team, ensuring accurate processes and controls through comprehensive information management, process reviews, and service delivery improvements. By joining our team, you will drive People Team process workshops, and embed Process Design Management into the People Team's strategic initiatives.
