Summary:
We are looking for a Security Champions Program Architect to lead and manage our organization-wide Security Champions Program. This role involves embedding a culture of cybersecurity awareness, recruiting and engaging Security Champions, providing comprehensive training, and acting as a liaison between the Information Security team and Security Champions. The ideal candidate will continuously assess the program’s effectiveness and adapt it to emerging cybersecurity trends.
It will be a plus to have knowledge of developing, updating, and presenting Power BI reports, strategically displaying insights and results via visualization tools, and developing and managing MS Power Apps tools.
Skills and Competencies:
· Cybersecurity Expertise and Leadership: Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, emerging threats, and proven leadership abilities to drive program success and foster a culture of security awareness.
· Communication and Training: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate Security Champions, and the ability to design and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to diverse audiences.
· Program Management and Adaptability: Experience in program management, strategy development, stakeholder engagement, and an analytical mindset to assess program effectiveness, gather insights, and drive continuous improvement, with adaptability to respond to the evolving cybersecurity landscape and organizational needs.
· Design, develop dynamic and attracting dashboards and reports using Power BI
· Run DAX queries and Power Query M functions in Power BI
· Design, test, and deploy with Microsoft Power Apps applications incorporating user interfaces, workflows, and data integrations.
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
· Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
· Program Design & Strategy: Develop and refine a strategic framework for the Security Champions Program, ensuring alignment with organizational security goals and broader business objectives.
· Champion Recruitment & Engagement: Identify and onboard passionate employees from diverse departments to serve as Security Champions. Drive ongoing engagement through innovative strategies that maintain enthusiasm and active participation.
· Comprehensive Training & Education: Design and deliver an impactful training curriculum that empowers Security Champions with the knowledge and tools to lead security initiatives within their teams effectively.
· Communication & Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the Information Security team and Security Champions, facilitating regular communications, feedback loops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
· Support & Resources: Provide continuous support and access to resources, enabling Security Champions to spearhead security initiatives and contribute to a safer organizational environment.
· Program Monitoring & Reporting: Continuously assess the program’s effectiveness, gather actionable insights, and report outcomes to senior leadership. Adapt and evolve the program in response to feedback and emerging cybersecurity trends.
· Continuous Learning & Adaptation: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring the latest cybersecurity developments, ensuring the program remains agile and responsive to new challenges and opportunities.
