Skills and Competencies

  • 6+ years in operational controls, risk, and audit.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, Tableau.
  • Experience in designing and testing controls, Control & Risk frameworks.
  • Risk or Audit certification preferred.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent is valuable.
  • Strong people management, leadership, and influencing skills.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Customer Relationship Management, Data Science, or related fields.
  • 6+ years in operational controls, risk, and audit, preferably in international organizations or financial institutions.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support VP of Commercial Operational Governance with executive controls reporting and senior management interaction.
  • Ensure governance of commercial documentation, controls, and data.
  • Create dashboards and reports on key KPIs.
  • Foster continuous improvement and enhance customer experience within regulatory standards.
  • Assist with operational improvement projects.
  • Establish and integrate an Operational Control framework.
  • Assess operational controls for new processes.
  • Implement and maintain an Operational Risk framework.
  • Develop Operational Control analytics.
  • Prepare improvement packs with process owners.
  • Partner with Process Owners for a robust Control framework and meaningful KPIs & Controls Reporting.
  • Provide Operational Control & Governance advice and conduct independent reviews.
