Core Responsibilities:
Create and maintain financial models, reports, and analytics to support strategic business decisions and drive sales and revenue (topline) strategy.
Proactively identify, quantify, and provide overviews of risks/opportunities in topline performance and outlook.
Present key financial insights, performance updates, and ad hoc analysis to senior leadership.
Provide forecast and budget variance analysis and related reports as needed.
Combines data as needed from disparate data sources to complete analyses.
Develop deep dive analysis on the "why" and the "what" to understand numbers to identify topline drivers and key insights.
Review and analyze revenue business performance, craft and deliver forecast and budget analysis.
Promote a culture of excellence, data driven discussions, healthy skepticism, intellectual curiosity, knowledge sharing, and teamwork.
Support, partner, and mentor other analysts on ad hoc projects and set the pace for financial analyst team.
Perform additional Business Operations duties and tasks as required.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
+3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, banking, consulting, financial services or a related analytical role
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or BI tools like Tableau)
All around team player, fast, and self-learning individual
Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment, handling multiple tasks with flexibility and a positive attitude
Proactive and solution-forward, bias for action
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
