Senior Compliance Associate

Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Part of Global Compliance IT Surveillance and Monitoring Team
• Perform the test of design and operating effectiveness of IT general control and various Applications controls
• Prepare periodic reports for senior management outlining result of Surveillance activities and associated remediation plans
• Track, validate and report the status of the remedial effort triggered by the Compliance IT monitoring activities
• Work with the IT management on new technology implementation efforts to incorporate into the Surveillance programs
• Participate in various compliance related project as required

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Audit, Risk Management , or compliance examination is required
• Proficiency in performing the ITGC control testing including Change Management, Operations and Logical control testing
• Strong verbal and written communications skills including active listening skills
• Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
• Highest ethical standards
• Strong documentation and file management skills
• Minimum of Bachelors’ degree is required
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills required
