Roles & Responsibilities:
? This role will work within the Customer Experience & Innovation team and is critical to support Moody’s Analytics Voice of the Customer (VoC) efforts
? Reporting to the Head of the Voice of the Customer, key responsibilities include:
o Participate in cross-functional teams as subject matter expert to support system enhancements, as well as integration efforts for future business needs as needed.
o Contribute to project planning activities
o Help translate business needs into tangible requirements across the team, in particular to support analytical needs.
o Managing and analyzing customer feedback from VoC surveys.
o Applying rigorous statistical analysis to the VoC data. This includes ensuring the validity and reliability of survey instruments, checking for statistical significance in the data, and applying appropriate statistical techniques to understand customer sentiment, trends, and preferences.
o Promoting a customer-centric culture within the organization. This involves translating VoC data into actionable insights that drive improvements in products, services, and overall customer experience.
o Developing and maintaining dashboards that visually represent VoC data and insights. These dashboards should be designed to help various stakeholders, from frontline employees to executives, understand and improve customer experience.
o Working closely with other teams (such as product development, marketing, sales, and customer service) to ensure that VoC insights are integrated into all aspects of the business. This includes facilitating the sharing of VoC data and insights, and collaborating on initiatives to improve customer experience.
o Continuously improving the VoC program. This involves identifying and implementing enhancements to the VoC data collection, analysis, and reporting processes, and ensuring that the program remains effective and relevant as the business and its customers evolve.
o Sharing knowledge and best practices for VoC data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Qualifications:
? Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) in a related field required.
? 4+ years of experience.
? System/business analysis experience required.
? Ability to coordinate and assist large teams in resolving complex analytical and technical issues.
? Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
? Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with internal and external contacts.
? Excellent problem solver and independent thinker who has the ability to create innovative solutions
? Strong analysis/quantitative skills and the ability to translate analysis into actionable tasks
? Client focused, proactive and results oriented with ability to support clients across multiple location
? Strong Access/Excel skills
? Strong SQL skills
? Knowledge of SFDC or other CRM
